Marinade: Oil, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 160°C/325° F for 15 min. While the oven is preheating, sear all sides of the beef in a frying pan on high heat. Place beef a sprayed baking sheet. Place the beef in the oven for 15-18 minutes to be cooked from medium well to well done. Once you remove from the oven, place the beef on a resting rack for 5 minutes before slicing.
